Purpose and consent

The primary purpose of our website is to inform you about our company, our products and services.

Furthermore, you can use the forms provided to calculate the amount of the rental deposit or submit an application. The information provided in the process, such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., will be stored by us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. They will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required, unless legal retention obligations require their continued (and possibly limited) storage or they are directly related to a contract or the conclusion of a contract between you and the company. In the latter case, the data of your request will be filed with the contractual documents.

Merely visiting our website does not constitute consent to non-essential cookies or technologies. Where consent is required, it is obtained through the cookie banner. Until you have accepted, non-essential tracking technologies are not activated. You may accept or reject these technologies and change your choice at any time.

Processed personal data when visiting our website

You can visit our website without actively providing us with personal data. Some of our service providers are located outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Economic Area and the United States; such disclosures take place only on the basis of an adequacy decision of the Federal Council (Annex 1 Data Protection Ordinance) or recognised safeguards, in particular standard data protection clauses (Art. 16 para. 2 let. d FADP).

We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary to implement the purpose for which they were collected and in any case only up to the maximum period permitted by law.

Security of your data

The Company implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. As no transmission over the Internet can guarantee absolute security, a residual risk cannot be completely excluded.
